Terms of Service

This is a plain-language summary written for transparency. It is not legal advice, and we are having it reviewed by counsel.

1. Acceptance

By accessing LaneRadar or purchasing a lead, you agree to these Terms. If you are using LaneRadar on behalf of a brokerage, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

2. The service

LaneRadar provides signal-ranked shipper leads to freight brokers. Each lead is a real company showing a recent, dated freight-demand trigger, paired with the relevant decision-maker. Browsing the board and setting alerts is free. Leads are purchased individually or via a subscription.

3. Exclusivity

When you purchase a lead, we will not sell that lead to another buyer for 30 days, and it is delisted from the public board for that period. We do not promise that no other party (other brokers, carriers, the shipper's own network) is contacting the shipper.

4. Refunds

A lead is refundable only if it is defective, as defined in our Refund Policy. A refund is a defect remedy, not an outcome guarantee. We do not refund because a deal did not close.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use leads in compliance with applicable law, including CAN-SPAM and, where relevant, GDPR. You will not resell, redistribute, or scrape LaneRadar data, and you will not use the service to send unlawful communications.

6. Data sources

Leads are derived from public-record and public-web freight-demand signals (for example FMCSA filings, customs and bill-of-lading data, job postings, press releases, and earnings calls). We do not knowingly use illegitimately obtained data.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant that a lead will respond, convert, or close. To the extent permitted by law, LaneRadar's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the lead at issue.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
