Do you contact my shippers?
Never. We find the opening and hand you the lead; the outreach and the relationship are yours. We do not email, call, or market to the shippers on the board.
Are leads exclusive?
Yes. Once you buy a lead, we will not sell it to another buyer for 30 days, and it delists from the public board.
What if a lead is defective?
We refund defects, not outcomes: we guarantee a lead was what the listing said it was, not that it will close. If a lead is defective (wrong or disconnected contact, wrong mode or commodity, a trigger outside its freshness window, a duplicate you can show you already had, or a business we cannot verify), request a refund within 14 days. Not refundable: the shipper said not now, you were outbid, or the deal went cold.
How fast are leads after the trigger?
Most leads appear on the board within 24 to 48 hours of detection. The fastest-moving signals (funding rounds, carrier disruptions, executive changes) are prioritized.
